Living near and having access to good quality green spaces, such as a park, improves mental wellbeing.
It provides an opportunity for relaxation, exercise and meeting families and friends. Clean streets and feeling safe are also important factors.
That's why our wellbeing support isn't a 'one size fits all' programme. Instead, we have a range of activities available for you to get involved in. Our health coaches will work with you on a 1-1 basis to find out more about your unique circumstances and help you to get the support that you need.
As part of the programme, you get up to 12 weeks of free support and activities to help improve your wellbeing.
When talking to people about their wellbeing, we look at eight key areas. Click each image below to find out more about how that factor links to wellbeing.

Work, community groups, and volunteering give us purpose.
They are an opportunity to learn new skills, promote independence and help us to meet new people.
Access to affordable healthy food and a balanced diet, including enough vitamins and minerals, helps with good physical health and mental wellbeing.
Regular physical activity plays an important role in improving mood and outlook too.
Knowing and caring for others such as friends, families, and communities, can make you happier.
We feel more secure knowing that support is available. Leisure time is an opportunity to develop interests, meet other people and take a break.
Learning new things, at work or in your personal life, can shape your confidence and your ability to solve problems.
Financial freedom brings more choice in terms of food, clothes, housing, transport, and leisure.
Not having to worry about money can also reduce stress levels and make us feel more secure.
Transport can help us feel connected, it allows us to visit places, experience cultures, take part in activities, widen employment options and access support.
Housing that is overcrowded, noisy, cold and which feels unsafe will have a negative effect on mental wellbeing.
Whether you feel safe in the area you live will also have an impact.
